The live material is very different in feel, a lot more energetic. I'm still just taking it in at the moment, don't have clear favourites yet, or songs i don't like. I'm just really surprised by the difference, even though several sources said it was really different. Petrococadollar is growing on me, a slow burning song with a lot of tension. Like it a lot. But i must say that the live gigs created some false expectations towards the tempo and spirit of the songs. This goes for After 6 and for Robin Hood (which is still a great tune) Maybe Green & Co. should do an uptempo and grungy live album shortly. My favorite so far is Petrococadollar. WBBB is as good as I'd hoped. Would be interested in what people think of 'After Six' cos, having liked it played live, I was surprised at the weak production, IMO. What is interesting is that I like Rap, just not fond of the rap on A&B. I listen to Green for different reasons than I listen to rap. Mixing em up just didn't do it for me.
