The “Sweetest Girl” … I would have thought that Green would never play old songs, but I seem to be wrong here.

I managed to have a chat with Rhodri after the gig and told him how amazed I was to hear The “Sweetest” Girl. He told me that Green had only decided to put it in the programme that day. I got the impression that they might try to do some more of the “old” tunes in future. Rhodri also mentioned the possibility of more dates. In my oppinion I think this line up could easily replicate the sound on most of the songs on Songs to Remember. I hope they do!
Thanks for that story. I would love to hear some old tunes in new arrangements. They can do it. I am sure about it!
