Crikey, the new songs and compilation are almost upon us. A huge thank you to everyone involved in this site, those who make it and those who contribute, for keep up-to-date with what’s going on and sharing the news. I’ve been out of the loop for ages (life takes over and drags one away) so thank you for keeping us informed.

Yes, I did indeed have a fansite back in the 90s (gosh so long ago now?!), with a homepage based on The Word Girl artwork. And, yes, thank you for those contributions to the little fanzine I put together briefly. Crikey, that brings back memories. Yes, I do remember the artwork, Neil. Cool stuff.

Yes, pablo13, the Asylums/Jacques D 12″ b-side version of A Slow Soul is the version from the Peel Session. I agree that it is the better version – more naturally hearfelt, I think.

That was “heartfelt” by the way. Sorry!
