From my recollection, the Lover To Fall single has different drum sounds. Nothing drastic though...and the 12" promo for it has the same mix as the 7".

Yes, there is a difference! The album version is timed at 4:12. The 7" single version is 3:48. The mix seems a bit more 'punchy' but otherwise I think it's just an 'edit'. Still not sure what's on the 12" though - perhaps just the album version?

Yes, the French 45 certainly exists. I have one of those as a 7".
I saw an eBay listing (with photo!) for the 12" single version too but wasn't going to pay £15.00 for it!
At the moment, I can't remember whether the 7" mix is any different from the album version. I don't think it is. Certainly nothing memorable about it anyway! I'll check at home and let you know.

I know that Lover to Fall was released in France as a 45. The artwork was similar to the album with the stamps on a postal package etc. It was on eBay years ago and I recall reading that the music was virtually the same as the album version. So it was planned to be released as a single that might chart like other hits on CP85 but didn't go very far. If there is a Lover to Fall remix I would live to hear it, but I have not seen evidence of its existence.

"Lover to Fall" was released in France and there is a remix version of it also so anyone who have it and maybe can up it here? Would be so great to hear it cause it seems to be impossible to buy it somewhere.

Green is in my opinion the key Romantic poet of our time/generation.
His writing ability and literary sense along with an obvious knowledge
of Arts and Letters and Music insists upon my comparing him to Keats,
That is to say he can match words with any writer and his "word play"
I think is important enough such that he already has made History.
I await to see what he accomplishes next. His philosophy is immortal.- A long NOW!

Was listening to some Scritti tracks today and discovered that i have some extra versions of Tinseltown to the Boogie Down. they aren't from the regular single releases:

Tinseltown To The Boogiedown (DJ Premier remix 2:39)
Tinseltown To The Boogiedown (Mos Def version 2:51)

I must have downloaded them from somewhere. Not sure of the source.

Yeah..i've heard it once. I found it from a google search that linked to an (Australian?) radio stations archived playlist. From what I remember, it wasn't that good and any sample from Absolute was bearly recognisable in the mix. Sorry I can't help any more than that!

Has anyone heard of a track called "Absolutely Chopped", by Nu Breed vs. Scritti Politti? I've been trying to find it for a while, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
