The album version is timed at 4:12. The 7" single version is 3:48. The mix seems a bit more 'punchy' but otherwise I think it's just an 'edit'. I have one of those as a 7". I saw an eBay listing (with photo!) for the 12" single version too but wasn't going to pay £15.00 for it! I found it from a google search that linked to an (Australian?) radio stations archived playlist.
